nature conservation - dive instruction

I am Argentine (56 years old). I am an university aquaculture technician, lawyer and dive instructor. I speak and write: Spanish, French and German. As a technician and lawyer I specialized in the comprehensive management of national parks (fauna and flora conservation projects, relationship with native communities, control of exotic species, environmental impact studies, etc.).
As a hobby I teach diving.
I currently live in Bariloche, Río Negro Province, Argentina with my wife (architect)..
I would like to do a work experience in Roatan, that allows me to improve the languages and / or acquire more experience as a diving instructor. May include technical collaboration with local authorities in environmental projects.
